Wearing Ortho-K lenses from Eye to Eye? We can check your eyes and lenses and reorder or redesign them from your records after an exam.
We also fit DreamSculpt Ortho-K (custom orthokeratology, also called OrthoK, for myopia management): each lens is custom-designed from a detailed corneal map to the exact shape of your eye, so there's no long trial fitting before we order. Dr. Jaymini Nayee leads DreamSculpt Ortho-K and myopia control, with Barbra Williams, COT, COA, helping with fittings and lens care training. Need a different lens? Can I get replacement Ortho-K lenses?
Yes. Your past exams and lens records are here at our East Cobb office. After an exam to check your eyes and current lenses, we can reorder or redesign your Ortho-K lenses from those records.
Is Dr. Jeruss still seeing patients?
Dr. Jeruss no longer sees patients. Our East Cobb doctors and team were trained for three years by Dr. Jeffrey Jeruss, OD, FIAOMC, a world Ortho-K specialist and Custom Ortho-K educator. They continue his Ortho-K approach at the same office.
Are my records transferred?
Yes. Your Eye to Eye Vision Center records stayed at 2255 Sewell Mill Rd #310 and are now kept by Bolt Eye Group East Cobb. At your visit we can compare your results with your past exams.
Do you take my insurance?
Most likely. The East Cobb office accepts VSP, EyeMed, Davis Vision, Spectera and other vision plans, along with Medicare and the major medical plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna and Humana. We don't accept Medicaid. Call 770-578-1900 with your plan name and we'll confirm your benefits before you come in.

Same place as always: 2255 Sewell Mill Rd #310, Marietta, GA 30062, in the medical office park with free parking. Hours are Mon – Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
