Dr. Quynh Ta is a board-certified optometrist who provides comprehensive and medical eye care for Bolt Eye Group patients at every office: Canton, East Cobb, Lawrenceville and Riverdale in Georgia, and Johnson City, Tennessee. In Riverdale she sees every patient.
Many of her exams are delivered by telehealth with a trained technician in the room, a model she has practiced full-time since 2023. It means patients get an experienced doctor's exam on days a doctor could not otherwise be in the office.
Dr. Ta earned a Bachelor of Science in microbiology from the University of Florida and her Doctor of Optometry from the Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry. With more than ten years in optometry, she has worked in private practice, corporate optometry and alongside refractive surgeons at LasikPlus, where she managed patients before and after LASIK.
Her clinical strengths are comprehensive eye exams, dry eye disease diagnosis and management, ocular disease and OCT imaging, diabetic eye care, contact lens fitting, urgent and emergency eye care, and surgical co-management. She lives in Dacula, Georgia.
